is this egg fertile?

Cracked this bantam egg open this morning for scrambled and am wondering if the round, white ring indicates a fertile egg? Or? I only have a large fowl rooster and have never seen him "tread" on the bantam.

Thank you for the replies. As it turned out, I ate the egg for breakfast. But that's ok because the roo is a LF Barred Rock and the hen, a bantam Leghorn - a really nice bantam. I should be looking for a banty roo for her.

Just a suggestion...you might want to gather your eggs more often if you had that much development. It looks kind of like 5 days of incubation?
