Is this egg fertilized?

I’ve never kept a rooster and last year he was struggling. I honestly wasn’t meant to keep him... but he’s so sweet. But I never see him mount the girls, he tries and it seems to always fail. My question is, if this egg is fertilized ? I tried taking a decent picture. I’m not good at telling , since I’ve never had to pay attention.

I have roosters in my flock. I assume every egg I scramble and eat is probably fertilized. I’ve only seen a spot like that once in six years. Didn’t eat it. Remined me of balut.
