I do not think I have a Roo in my bunch, but I keep getting eggs like this and it’s making me wonder. Can anyone tell me 1 is this fertilized and 2 is it possible to have a Roo that does not make any noise at all. TIA

1 - Not fertile.
2 - No way! They love to hear themselves crow!

Fertile eggs will have a bullseye (a dot with a white ring around it) and that egg just has a spot. Sadly, you can't get crowless roosters. You can buy crow collars which make the crow quieter. If you want fertile eggs to hatch, you can buy some
