Yes that egg is fertilized. One way to tell would be to see if there is a circle or not. If there is a circle than it is a fertilized egg, no circle not fertilized.

Thank you very much these are turkey eggs and we know who the males are I’m just surprised since they are 10 month old broad breasted whites that they managed to make the deed happen lol. They are very active though so I guess that helps. I may borrow an incubator and get some free turkeys my neighbors desperately want some since I’ve had them and that would make a good gift.
