Is this egg Fertilized?

My hens are finally starting to lay and I think the eggs are fertilized. What do you think? Yes there is a 12 week old roo in there. I need to get him out. Just curious to see what you think.

there is a dot but it should have aring around the dot like a bullseye cant tell by that pic but its possible have you seen and mounting etc???

Doesn't look like it. If your only male is just 12 weeks old, he is not fertile yet. You have 4-6 more weeks before that happens.

Ok...I gotta get him out of there! I haven't seen any activity from him at all. Girls aren't messed up with their feathers or anything. Thanks!!
