Is this egg normal or should I be concerned?

This is what was waiting for me in the coop today. Not only does it have a funny little ice cream swirl at the top, but it is very uneven in color. What the heck?!

I see similar things from time to time, but the rest of the eggs are normal and the birds seem fine.
Sometimes I just find strange shaped eggs or super-duper tiny ones.

Normal. Sometimes the eggs are bumpy, uneven in color and even spotted.

Unless the layer is acting strange, I wouldn't worry about it.
