Is this egg shrink wrapped?

Ducklings take forEVER to hatch.
It is totally different with ducklings.
Wait til you have all that fuzz in the incubator to clean out.
WAY more than chicks. 😂
I have a NR360. If you have an air compressor, it works wonders.
This is where it's at now. It has made progress. Do you think it will hatch itself?

I am not experienced with duck eggs. But I think that hole looks a little irregular and if its been Zipping since this morning I would probably help it. By the time a chicken is zipping the blood vessels have receded and its safe to help. I would, personally, proceed with caution watching for red veins while I helped it out. Be quick with the lid if you have other pips.
Read the sticky at the top of the forum on assisting first. More info in that than anywhere else.

Is she at a stopping point or making slow progress?
The membrane is white and that is a good sign.
If you feel you should intervene, look at the other eggs and make sure there are no pips.
Mountain Roost is giving you good advice about reading the assist article.
I have only assisted two ducklings and my advice is to go slowly.
