It's day 15 and this embryo looks a little to small for day 15 and I'm not 100% sure if it is alive

I don't really now how good will my hatch rate will be I started with 41 eggs and now I'm down 32 I don't think I will succed to hatch 30 I think my hens are not really that fertile

The three year old might have some laying issues. Not like, diseases, but problems with fertility and such.
