Is this enough light for winter?

We're building our quail cage and added the winter lights. It doesn't seem like much to me but is it enough? It kind of seems purple but I think it's just because it's a white cage.

What do you think?

Basically anything that lights it up at all seems to work.Im guessing your asking to keep them laying.

We added them now in case we decide to keep them laying next year (they haven't started laying yet (only 4 weeks old now). I haven't decided if I'll have them lay in winter but I wanted the option... so we added as we built.
