Is this enough ventilation?

In my opinion, 18 square feet of vent sounds like quite a lot, even if it is louvred-over.

I guess I might just wait and see to what extent you get frost building up inside the coop.
Measurements were in inches.

For notes I ended up removing the vents completely and opening up the holes a bit more. Then I framed in a section to reinforce the wall and so give myself a good anchor for screwing in the hardware cloth. I made it big enough that I can open up the wood more if needed and get about another 4 sq/ft if needed in the future, but starting with this.

If that's both sides, I think you're ok. But, in winter with high winds could cause drafts. A hinged awening that you could lower in the coldest months to let the moisture out, but limit the draft would be fantastic.

So the one side is going to be covered by a tarp between the shed and run. The other side I made a super basic cover to try and block some of the rain. I can side it in too if needed in the future
