I kinda rescued two chickens from my brothers friend who bought them and then found out they weren't allowed to have them. So they are supposedly the exact same age which is about 4-6 weeks old.. The little one seems like something else! Any idea on what it is and or breed?!

Lol! Go figure! I was thinking this must be some kind of different bird!!! Any idea on what the white one is with an orange face??
I'm concerned for the sebrite then, I don't know how it's ever going to be big enough to fend for itself against my girls, they are 11 weeks old and huge, and can be a little aggressive!

Mine are pretty spunky, they hold their own, surprisingly. Good luck.

If you find out what the white one is, please post it. I rescued a day old chick from Tractor Supply that was being pecked in the eyeball by the other chicks. In my frenzy to get the employee to get it out of there I totally forgot to ask what kind of chick it was since there was no sign on that bin. I bought "it" a friend and nursed it back to health even when it's eyeball swelled to 3 times it normal size. It's mostly blind in that eye now at 10 weeks old. It's sooo sweet, loves sitting in my lap and getting petted, and I want to keep it but I can't keep roosters so I'm trying to figure out the breed so maybe I can sex it. It has small buds on its legs but I hear that's not too uncommon in a pullet. Hope someone answers your question. I think mine might be a White Leghorn. I guess I'll take a few pics and post them today.
