Is this feed ok?

I have one Buff Orpington she's 9 weeks, I also have a Silver Laced Wyandotte & an EE 10 weeks old, and a Barred Rock & Welsummer 14 weeks old

Perfect...A Grower/Finisher at 16% is all they require. Then when laying put out oyster shell in a separate dish.

Thank you I can still mix this bag in with the lower protein stuff right? Maybe 1/4 like @Flockandfowl46 said? I already opened the bag and don't want to waste $20 if it's not necessary

Yes, it's poison to your chickens....... tell you what, since I'm such in a good mood today I'm willing to take that harmful feed out of your hands and dispose of it.

That is meant only for broilers and not eggs only chickens as well as any other type. I would not feed them that bag.
