So do you think this egg was fertile or not? I've got others but wanted to test 1. Thank you

how old is this egg? i cant see it well but just from the size alone i would guess yes. it should have a dot then a ring around it

Hi it's roughly 5 to 14 days old. ...sorry but she had hidden her spot and once I found it she had a heap of eggs. I questioned the fertility because she is a muscovy cross and some people have told me that this type of cross can not reproduce. .... but she's been sitting on her eggs all day and been very protective. Not sure what to do because I shifted the nest because I couldn't leave it out because she would've been taken by foxes otherwise....

so i would suggest you candle them in 4 more days. by then you should see good veining
