i just looked at this and realized how bad of a pic it is but it was the best in the bunch i took. guess i will just have to wait and see.
 
it is a bad pic, but if I see correctly...right on top of the yolk...just above center there looks like a bullseye. If that is what it is, then yes it is fertile.
