yes i saw a wolf boy at a side show , many years ago....its real as far as hair grows over all the face.

also there the lobster family , feet and hands were like claws

those side shows were real sad......but at least they made money....i remember how sad it was the man and woman, with a baby only a few months old all three had the claws hands and feet..
