Is this Foul Pox??

My chickens are about a year old. Within the last month they have developed these wart like bumps on their combs. One has it near the eye and nose. Is this foul Pox? How long will this last, and is there anything I can do to get rid of it or easier for my chickens? Are my eggs safe to eat?

Yes it looks like it. You can eat the eggs. Supportive care is all you can do really for the fowl pox. Here is some info on it - http://www.poultrydvm.com/condition/fowl-pox
