Ok so I will start by saying that I rescue animals so illness and injuries are something that I run into everyday. We have had one outbreak of fowl pox but this was over a year ago and everything was disinfected. The birds that had it passed away as they got the wet version. :( Anyways...Over a year went by with no more issues and now I noticed 4 of my roosters have something odd on their face. All 4 of them have dry flaky skin on their face that looks similar to a reptiles shedding. Only 1 however has the bumps. The one with the bumps is also missing a small piece of his comb so I'm not sure if that is maybe just from him fighting another rooster? Is this fowl pox or something else and I'm just scaring myself? I also have a young mystic Onyx pullet that has one bump above her eye on her eyelid. She also has sever mites though. She was infested when I got her and we are currently treating her. None of the chickens are acting like they are bothered at all. Acting totally normal. Eating normal. Everything is normal other than the bumps and flaky skin. What do y'all think? I won't be accepting more rescues until this is taken care of. All the affected chickens are in quarantine until I figure out what is wrong. The last time we had a outbreak the chickens quickly got sick and passed away which is why I'm confused as these act unbothered.

Not sure what's going on with the black one, if it's Fowl Pox or something else.
For the roosters, I don't really see Fowl Pox, it looks more like fly bites or possibly some pecking injuries.
The dry scaly skin. I'd put some vaseline on that.

If you wish, apply Iodine to all the scabs you see, it won't hurt anything and if it is FP, then it may help dry it up.

For the mites, hopefully you are getting rid of those quickly, since they can easily spread from one bird to another and infest housing as well. Permethrin based poultry spray or dust can be used to treat birds and housing. Treat in 5-7 days intervals to help break the cycle.

Since you rescue birds often, then consider looking into Oxine or Virkon S for sanitation of housing.
Keep water and feed stations sanitized as well.
