Is this Frostbite or something else?

Hello everyone, I am new to this site, and we only just started raising chickens this summer. When feeding my girls I noticed some black spots on their combs. There waddles are fine and so are their feet. Is this frostbite, fowl pox, or them pecking each other? I think it looks like frostbite, but wanted your expertise.











It does not rub off when I tried. Help me please!!!

Welcome to BYC. I see peck marks, but the whitish area on the comb could possible be a touch of frostbite. I can't be sure though, but it is not bad if it is. Thanks everyone, no we have 15 chickens and I'd say probably 9 have marks like this.
