Is this frostbite?

Is this frostbite? If so, how to cure/help it? Does it hurt them? The temperatures have been cold but no where near negative temperatures, plus a few sunny days with rainy days.

Maybe slightly? nothing to be concerned about, just leave it alone.

Hard to tell if it's frostbite or pecking injury.

Whatever the cause, it's minor and I would just leave it alone. It will heal on its own.
