Is this gape worm?

I have a 3yo hen who has a puncture injury under her right wing from a predator attack 4 days ago (likely a fox). She’s been in the house since then. (Injury is healing nicely). She has been acting 100% fine since then (eating/drinking/laying/running).

I’ve noticed some odd behavior periodically where she stretches and looks like she is gasping (see attached video). There are no sounds and outside of when she does this, she acts completely normal. Could this be gape worm? What else should I be doing?

Have you checked her crop to make sure she doesn't have a foreign body? Gapeworm is very rare despite goggles best efforts to convince us it isnt....

Not since the day of the attack. Will do so when I return home.
