Is this gleet? How to treat?

we have her isolated gave her yogurt with probiotics and acv. Any other tips please

One of our reds has this coming out of her bottom. We have had one that had gleet Last year. We have her quarteened any tips to help her. We gave her yogurt with probiotics and acv. She is almost 6 months old. Pale comb for a few weeks. Lethargic past few days. Vent appears to be ok. Will get better picture

Because of it looking like blood maybe you should glove your hand and stick a finger in there (Yeah, not very appealing) and see if there maybe something lodged just to rule that out. If all is clear then I would probably think it was vent gleet and treat it as such. (Note; I am not a expert) I heard coconut oil is anti-fungal so try to offer some, I'm sure a chicken won't turn it down and also rub some in and around her vent area.
