I tried to treat it a month ago, I'm unsure if I did it properly though.

It looks like it is still active, especially on the foot with the two sores and the open wound. I am basing this off the redness around the scabs. If it were my chicken, I would continue with non-invasive treatment until the scab comes off and see if pus comes out.

I would do the following:

Soak in epsom salts (15-20 minutes once or twice a day for a couple of days)

Dry, clean the area well with clorhexidine (comes super concentrated, so read label). I would try to remove the scabs at this point and see if they come off clean and see what is underneath. If if looks clean (no pus), put triple antibiodic ointment on them and wrap with self-adhereing wrap (careful not to get too tight and cut off circulation). I would keep the wrap in place and change every 1-2 days until wound is healed.

If you see put still in the wound, see if you can squeeze it out. Then, apply either drawing salve or sugardine (you can search this site for receipe) and wrap. Repeat this process (soak/manipulate/application/wrap) until the pus kernal comes out. After it/they come out I would continue with the triple antibiotic ointment until the wound heals.

It can take quite a while (a couple of weeks to a few months) to completely heal. The key is to keep it clean/moist to keep bateria out and aid in healing.

Hope she does great!
