Is this incubator a good deal?

Hello all! A friend of a friend is selling a Brinsea octogon Pro 20 with the auto humidity unit for $200. I'm new to all this incubating so is this a good unit and is it a good price? Oh its been used for three years and is in perfect working condition. Thanks!

I would jump on that if you are in the market for a bator, I love set humidity I have the Rcom 20 and use it as my hatcher, no worries on keeping my humidity at 70% and I have great hatches.
