Is this is a broken wing on a 4 day old chick?

Background: I got this salmon flavorolle chick with a easter egger chick 3 days ago. At the time i didn’t notice her wing like this as the feathers weren’t grown in. But yesterday i noticed the wing feathers looked off. I tried to gently spread the wing but the very end of the wing wouldn’t move. And even if the chick runs while flapping her wings, the end of the wings doesn’t move. Is there anything i could do or is she fine the way she is. I would like to give her the best life she can have. Photos to show the odd wing.
I would try to take photos of the wing stretched but she wiggles too much and doesn’t like being held.

Her feathers are still growing in, it might be some time until you can tell whether it's broken.
