My hen (named Chirp) is going to be turning 7 next spring (of 2022) and did this thing with her beak while she sunbathed. It’s definitely not panting. She did it over and over for 5-10-15 sec sometimes with her beak more open sometimes less. Is this just because she’s hot or should I be concerned? The Gif below is of her doing it

As long as she is acting and seems well, she should be okay. If it is hot where you are, put ice cubes in their water, that may help.

The GIF might be misleading, a video would be better.
Does is it happen often or just once in while?
If she's doing it constantly on every breath then there might be a respiratory issue.
