Is this just debris or some kind of infection?

That close up, @phoenix2077 does look like something is stuck on the ducks face just behind the bill. I don't know what it is. I think its a case of wait and see.

Be sure the ducks have deep water to submerge their heads in. And keep us in the loop with developments
I just don’t know, when mine have dirty faces their bills take the brunt of it.
Hi sorry to bother you again. I think my Muscovy duck broke her toes.she can move her leg but won't use lower part and toes.
Her weight is on other leg.
Also Her appetite is lower than past days.

She lays her eggs randomly and after 2-3 times decides to switch location.
From 1 week ago she started to sneak inside house and lay her egg under sofa or other objects.
Yesterday she made a mess inside(pooped in multiple rooms) so I locked her inside coop to lay her egg there.
After ~30mins I heard a loud noise and found out she is limping and the door that blocks The coop exit is fallen on the ground(its not connected to walls and we block the exit with it).
I had to separate her from horny drake.

Sweet little girl! For the future, it's best to start a new post when you have a different problem arise.

Have you looked under her foot? Can you get a photograph of the underside of her foot an post it to BYC [here or better make a new post]?

I doubt that she has broken bones in her foot, but she may have a cut underneath her foot, or perhaps bumblefoot.

Bumblefoot is very common in ducks and is an abscess formation where there was a small cut in the underneath of the foot.
Take a look for yourself and a photo for BYC. There are lots of posts about bumblefoot. Best to catch an infection quickly before an abscess develops

Good luck
