Is this marecks?

He's 8 weeks old. No signs of disease but I noticed his eye has this coloboma type mark. I've had him for 2 weeks along with 3 hens form the same hatch

Hmmm…. His pupil does look a little constricted and fuzzy around the edges. Could you take a picture of him in the shade, with his pupil dilated, for comparison?

The mark could be completely normal; my hen Raven (9 yrs old) has always had super ‘spotty’ eyes:

To my inexpert eye it looks fine.

It does not look like Marek's to me. Just looks like the pigmentation in the iris is darker there. I will attach a couple of pictures of my birds with occular Marek's for comparison. In some cases the iris of an affected Marek's eye will become completely gray. Image of that below as well.
