But 8 weeks is a bit young for Mareks, at least going by my experience, and the reading I have done. Treating with the vitamins can't hurt now, so should be the thing to do, imo.

I am aware, but thank you!There is two different kinds of Mareks, ocular and the usual kind.
They can go together, so its a good thing to check, but if the eyes are fine it can still be Mareks.
