To this extent, no. There's something much more going on here. Vitamin defiencies can most definitely cause weak birds that can't move, but not like this.

I didn't comment before, because I can't really help.
But 8 weeks is a bit young for Mareks, at least going by my experience, and the reading I have done. Treating with the vitamins can't hurt now, so should be the thing to do, imo.

And no other chicken seems to be infected but it’s worth a try!

There is two different kinds of Mareks, ocular and the usual kind.
They can go together, so its a good thing to check, but if the eyes are fine it can still be Mareks.
Just wanted to point that out.
