Is this molting?

Her wings look like this on both sides as well as her belly. She's also missing a lot of feathers all the way around her neck and on her legs. She looks like a mess. Is this molting or something else? She will be 2 in April

Two of mine just went through a hard molt, too, and looked similar. Upping the protein in their feed seemed to help! They were on layer (16%), with free choice oyster shell. They’re on an all flock (18%) now, still with the oyster shell available. Maybe it’s my imagination, but I believe the switch may have sped up feather regrowth.
