That is a Spangled Old English Game. They don't call that color mottled.

That is called a comb, and they only look small on Old English because to be shown they cut the comb mostly off, and the wattles all the way off. It's called dubbing. Their combs will most likely get bigger than that since they're not dubbed.

Edited to add that a crest is what the hen on my shoulder has on her head over there <------------- in my avatar. Big bunch of feathers.
