I hope y'all can help.
I have a respiratory bug going through my flock. Everyone is on tylan after a trip to the vet with the worst one.
I'm seeing results, but two birds have something else going on. I'll post about the pullet in another post.
My Millie Fleur roo is really not doing well. He is listless, unbalanced and seams to not be in control of his head/ neck. He seems a bit better after straight nutri-drench yesterday. He actually stood. Later, while standing his head dropped down, he toppled forward and did a summersault onto his back. I had to help him up.
He will eat, but it seems like he misses the food as often as he gets it. His aim is very bad with this loss of control. I don't know if this is neurological, nutritional, or what. If anyone had any knowledge to share about this I'm all ears.
Picture is when he was healthy.

Video is of him yesterday. I don't know how to edit to make it shorter, so please don't feel you have to watch the whole thing. (Over a minute)

Yes, it appear to be neurological. No one really knows why these things come on suddenly, but a capsule of vitamin E 400iu could remedy this. Stress maybe.

At the start of spring, my younger rooster began walking and scooting backward. It was uncoordinated behavior. I immediately gave him an E capsule and he soon snapped out of it. I continued the E, a cap per day, for another two days, and he's been fine.

Give it a try. Give him some egg for better absorption of the E.

How did you administer the E? In the eggs, liquid drops?
