Is this neurological?

Hey, so I have this chicken named Olivia. She suffered from blackhead disease, but after our treatment she is looking much better. Other than her “neurological symptoms “. She was in the coop for a day while she was sick and got a peck would on the side of her neck/face, and she has a balance issue now, she seems off balance, and she tilts her head to the side and does this weird thing with it. I can post a video if needed. I’m super worried. Someone please help me

That’s what has me confused. It’s a very minor cut. She’s doing it so much worse now. It’s in episodes Thanks for the reply!

I honestly don't know what it could be, maybe someone more experienced with this will be able to help
