Is this noise him/her starting to quack

It was 21°c but the room I moved them too is a lot cooler by feel but couldnt tell you the temperature

I will do, I'll give them 10 minutes to cool and then I'll check them again, also, they're 3 nearly 4 weeks old and I noticed in the bath I gave them, alot of feathers were coming out into the water, I'm assuming it's normal as they are starting to get the adult feathers but thought I'd double check

Does this look normal? Its changed so I'm not sure

Some of my runners (6 weeks) make a quiet “huurp hurrp” chatter while some still whistle and peep. But that sounded like my welsh harlequin when she first started trying to quack (she’s the same age and already quacking big time)
My part runner drakes a!I whistled before starting to rasp. I would be interested to know if your whistle rs turn out to be drakes.

This only turns this colour when its wet is this something I need to worry about?
