Is this normal chicken behavior?

Hey its me again. Well my older chickens free range. But I have a new set of 3 week olds. And well they have all been getting along no problem infect my older hens might be clueless and just not care is this normal?

Yes, that can be normal, especially since they have a large amount of space.

The chicks are so young they are no threat to anyone's position in the pecking order, so some hens do just ignore them.

Of course there exist some hens that try to bully young chicks, but there are plenty that do not.
 
If they're getting along, that should be fine. Am I missing something or?? I just don't want to give you false info... :D
No that's the problem lol there getting along to much I feel like something is fishy 🤣🤣🤣 I have never had two flocks join this easily. I know I am probably complaining about nothing but it's just weird
 
Same with my ducks and chicks... I have about 2-6 suspected cockerels out of my 13 chicks and I have about 2-4 day old 6 ducklings and they've only saw each other for 2 hours and they're cuddling.... The chicks are 2 weeks and 3 days... I was actually very supprised
