One of my Buffs had a very watery poop. It was all water with some poop in it, but it worries me because I noticed a little bit of blood in some of our turkey poop. I haven’t seen anything else to indicate any illness and everyone else is normal. Nobody is acting different either. It’s not hot here yet, between 50-60 degrees the last week so I don’t see why they would be drinking a crazy amount of water. I feel them 16% protein feed. The photo on the grass is from my hen this morning. The other photo is from my turkey hen about a week ago.

Do they free range? That red thing looks like a berry, I see no blood.
They do free range. I have 4 hens and a rooster that free range and so do all of my 6 turkeys. Im a little worried about the 18 chicks that I transferred to the coop a few weeks ago. They don’t free range and haven’t made contact with my older birds yet but I noticed this poop today. I was looking at online sources and it said this could be a sign of worms or coccidiosis??

Coccidiosis is the most likely cause. The protozoan parasite lives in the dirt, & can be transmitted that way.

Your older birds have probably already built a resistance to the coccidia present, so I wouldn't treat them unless you see symptoms, since they are not in the same enclosure as the chicks. There is no egg withdrawl for Corid. Correct dosing for the Corid is below, use the severe outbreak dosing.
