As cute as those are, they may not be very functional.
Good to have a front lip on the nest to hold in bedding and eggs(both fake and real).

Surely he could spare a couple.

They actually sit tilted back a bit so the eggs won't roll out. I did plan however, on fixing a lip on the front of the boxes. Just haven't done that yet!!
