I am on day 7 of incubating an unknown breed of chicken egg, I hope it's either a brahma or silkie though.... there's just this one egg that the embryo developed on edge of the air cell, I mean it developed near the air cell. I'm worried that it might get malpositioned or it might destroy the air cell as it grows bigger. Is this normal? As the other eggs have their embryo at the center of the egg. Like that one particular egg have had its embryo on the uppermost part of the egg(the air cell)... Is this a predicament? Oh and the veins are also resting on the air cell part!

Are you able to get any pics? And are you incubating upright? The yolk and embryo tend to float, so if you’re incubating upright it’s probably just floated to the top.

They're laying on their sides, i'll try get some pics later!
I had this happen with a duck egg. I don't know what the deal was. It was that way for 4 or 5 days and then it looked normal. It hatched. So I think it's safe to say it will probably be just fine.
