Is this normal for a Rhode Island Red / "Hatchery Red"?

I got 3 reds "advertised as RIR" from a local lady trying to get rid of some of her straight run. I noticed that 1 of the chicks has a fully brown head (Chick on the far left in bottom picture) and blue eyes? Is that normal or acceptable for a supposed Rhode Island Red (even though we know it is just a production red). Or is it something else like an RSL?

OK, cool thank you. Out of the three reds I chose, that is the one which I am confident is a pullet, so glad to hear she may actually be within the correct breed.
