Is this normal for chicks' toes?

I noticed the tips are white colored and the toes tends to bend a little. The pictures are poor quality, but hopefully you can see what I am talking about. This is a golden sebright chick. Anyone see this before and will he/she be ok?

That isn't normal. Hard to tell much more from the pictures. What is in the bottom of your brooder? Almost looks like a few chicks I have seen that where raised on wire or screen floors.
