Is this normal is she molting or is she being bullied

We are getting penny a hen saddle and for Jack he always sleeps and then hens pile on top of him could that be why he has feathers messed up in the back

i was holding penny and everything was normal and then i set her down and noticed i had blood on my hands knowing penny was losing feathers from mating i checked her bald area and discovered she has more feathers missing that i thought she just has feathers from her upper back that go down to her tail that cover up the bald spot and i found she was bleeding i seperated her from the flock for obvious reasons what else should i do the hen saddles will be here on friday
