Is this normal? Should i be worried?

One of my Orp hens is acting weird - she looks like she is trying to regurgitate. She is swaying her and and neck then looks like she wants regurgitate. Everything else seems so be normal; History/FYI: She is a year old. Eating & drinking fine. No inuries, No bleeding, no trauma, she is free range and her coop is bedded on RiceHulls & Straw. No discharge from mouth. She is Fed Egglayer crumble and treats (vegetables/pasta/fruit).
Her crop is full and large but firmish.

Anyone know whats shes doing? Should I be worried?

Only two things come to mind. Gapeworm and sour crop.
You might try using the BYC search feature to see if either of those things make sense based on the threads you find on the subject. Use the keywords 'gapeworm' and then try 'sour crop'.
