Is this normal wing development?

Hey, I've an 8 week old call duck and I am wondering if this normal wing development? They don't seem at all bothered by it, just never seen it before. Photos aren't the best - Pinto doesn't stay still for long. Thank you!

Do an on site search on 'angel wing'. It's a condition that can be cured if addressed early enough.
