Is this normal

We are new to the peacock world and are learning as we go. We can’t find a lot of information on baby baby baby peacocks... we noticed all our one month old peafowls doing this... do the females also do this or do we have all males and does any know WHY they are doing it?

Last week we saw a chick display fresh out of the hatcher, we could not believe it was doing that and just barely dry.
Chicks displaying normally do so as a defense mechanism. Puffing up makes them look bigger and scarier to prey.
