Is this normal?

yeah mine would lose feathers growing up. Like mentioned when more feathers start growing (the older the chicks get the more feathered they get) some feathers might fall out. It 's not much with mine , maybe 1 feather per chicken per week on average.

That makes me feel so much better. I don't have many chickens so I didn't want something bad to happen to her.

Relax and enjoy your chicks. They are not supposed to be a cause of anxiety.
