Is this normal?

It is hung between chick and egg by what looks like a vein? Sorry idk
I just know it looks very different from the others that have hatched from my pullet...and the remaining, including this one, are all from another chicken and location.

If you mean that little red line i think its normal, the chick looks fine and healthy, but i could be wrong.

Yeah it's a thin red line connected to the chicks bottom and the egg...inside the egg it is connected to yellow gooey stuff (yolk? Idk)
Then it must have ripped or the other babies tore it.
