Is this normal?

So I have some old laying hens and I just moved my 8 month old pullets in their coop not long ago. All the old ones are hunched up and the younger ones all are normal + energetic. Does anyone know what the issue may be with the older ones?

They look like they are going through a fall molt.

They definitely look like they're molting so probably uncomfortable. Also, if you just introduced the pullets, the older girls may be stressed out and feel a bit crowded.
