What is the feed (brand, protein percentage)? Do they get granite grit? The shape of feed is not the problem.I've recently switched their food to pellets from crumble. Maybe I should try something new.

I would slow down on the pumpkin. Maybe all the pumpkin seeds are giving her a stomach ache.I'm not sure which poop is her's but one of my chickens has what I would call brown goo poop, very loose. I'm assuming it's her. I've put ACV in their water and I've given them pumpkin/pumpkin seeds. I was thinking that maybe they needed to be wormed, but could it be coccidiosis?
I agree, cut out treats and the ACV.I would slow down on the pumpkin.
The feed is from Tractor Supply, 16% protein. They have grit available at all times. What is the feed (brand, protein percentage)? Do they get granite grit? The shape of feed is not the problem.
Of course! We are very happy to help you!Okay. I'll cut out all the "treats" and clean the ACV out of the waterer and keep an eye on how things are progressing. Hopefully she's just been indulging a little too much and things will improve. I'll keep you posted and thanks for all your suggestions.![]()
