Is This Normal?

I have 4 North Eastern Wild Turkeys that are 6.5-7.5 weeks old, and 2 of them have feathers that have turned some what white. I was wondering is this normal. There getting bald spots on there head too. Is that normal at this age also? P.S. Is there any way to tell the sex at this age?

My narragansett are ... okay I can't remember, I want to say around the same age. Anyway, they are experiencing the same thing:
