Is this normal?

today my cockerel was in the woods by him self and around the corner my 24-28 non laying cream legbar was around the corner lonley so i picked her up and took her to him and the both wouldnt go near each other, is it because she isnt mature yet?

Flock dynamics are difficult for humans to interpret. She might have been alone because she told the rooster to leave her alone, and you come along and put them right back together. He froze in place to prevent an attack. And she froze in place to dare him to move.

Just a theory. Who knows what was going on in those tiny little minds?

well they were never together i just tahught theyd look nice together so i out them together lol
