Is this normal?

i got two 5 week old chix and the silkie pecks the ameracauna. then at night the ameracauna tries to go under the silkie. I remember the two polishes i had never did that. is there any thing i can do to prevent this or is it normal? If you know, please speak your knowlage.

Very frequently young chicks will try to snuggle beneath their flockmates - it's normal. About the pecking - chickens peck - as long as blood is not being drawn, again it is normal behavior.
